Privacy

Private Content Stays in MaybeUndo

MaybeUndo does not automatically send brief text, internal prompts, scripts, or recordings to Salesforce People who can open a shared demo link can see the content made available by that link Salesforce is optional; teams that have not connected Salesforce do not see record selection inside demo briefs

Why it matters

MaybeUndo now lets teams use Salesforce context when planning a customer-specific product demo. After Salesforce is connected in Settings, lead and opportunity selection can appear in demo briefs using records that the connected Salesforce account can access.

The workflow keeps the creator in control. You can review the suggested customer context before adding it to the brief, preserve existing brief text, and approve the exact note and demo share link before saving anything back to Salesforce.
